Discovery
Rotating GitHub searches for new, recently updated and topic-tagged repositories, plus community submissions and, when enabled, links shared on X.
Measurement
We snapshot stars and forks on a schedule. A growth figure appears only once the snapshots cover most of its window, and it always states that window.
Independence
Sponsored placements sit in separate, labeled slots. Payment never changes organic ranking. Generated summaries are labeled as generated.
